Litera Meat has obtained the RSA 2021 seal awarded by the Government of Aragon together with CEOE, UGT, Cepyme and CCOO, which recognises the projection of social actions and the adoption of good practices that add value to the business activity.
As part of its corporate strategy, the company has developed and implemented a Social Responsibility Plan that reflects the various criteria on which this recognised seal is based, such as transparency, sustainability, excellence, equality and respect for the environment. For Litera Meat, receiving this seal is a boost to continue to be involved because “our Social Responsibility plan is constantly evolving in order to adopt new actions that contribute to the progress of our territory” says Manfred Bos, CEO of Litera Meat.
Litera Meat currently has a workforce of 1,400 employees and in its two years of activity has managed to acquire significant values such as teamwork, trust with its stakeholders, a constant spirit of continuous improvement and a commitment to training and professionalism. Undoubtedly, signs of identity that have also been decisive in the awarding of this seal. As Cristina López, head of the Training Department at Litera Meat, emphasises “from the outset we have been strongly committed to the concept of Social Responsibility, encouraging favourable practices for our workers and participating actively and positively in social, cultural and environmental projects“.
From Litera Meat we would like to thank the Aragonese Development Institute, as well as the other entities and members of the board, for their invaluable work that makes possible the annual awarding of the RSA seal to all those socially responsible companies.
